About this set
Minimal edge, side by side
Four millimetres wide and cut into flat vertical facets, the two rings share a rhythm: held together, the light moves across both faces one plane after another. The difference lives at the edge. Hers carries a fine beaded line along one side, a row of tiny points that softens the geometry and catches light in small sparks rather than broad flashes. His keeps the facets plain from rail to rail, so it reads cleaner and a little more architectural. Same width, same cut, one detail apart: close enough to be recognisably a pair, distinct enough that each ring belongs to one person.
Each ring on its own
Minimal edge, hers is a 4mm faceted band with the beaded line, a comfort fit inside, and a weight of about 1.1g in 9ct or 1.5g in 18ct. Minimal edge, his has the same width and the same faceted face without the beading, and is a touch heavier at about 1.4g in 9ct or 1.9g in 18ct. Each is a finished ring in its own right, equally at home as a single wedding band or beside a ring chosen from elsewhere in the range.

Choosing between the options
The real decision here is the carat. 9ct is the harder alloy of the two, so a faceted face marks a little less readily on a ring worn every day; 18ct is richer in colour and noticeably heavier for its size. Between this set and two unrelated rings, the question is how closely the rings should echo each other. These share a cut, so they read as a pair from across a table, with the beading as the one private difference.
