A laboratory grown diamond is a diamond: the same carbon lattice, the same hardness, the same fire, indistinguishable without specialist equipment and graded by IGI and GIA to the same colour, clarity and cut scale as a mined stone. The difference is price. A one carat lab stone costs roughly what a third of a carat of mined diamond does, and the gap has widened every year as growing gets better.

We choose each stone individually at G to H colour, VS clarity and excellent cut, the grade where a diamond is white and clean to the eye without paying for letters nobody can see. You receive the report before it is set. Every ring can be cast in 9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold or platinum, with a halo or a set band as options.

About lab grown diamond rings

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. It is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond and is graded by the same laboratories. It is not cubic zirconia or moissanite, which are different materials.
Do lab diamonds hold their value?
No, and neither do mined diamonds bought at retail; both resell far below their purchase price. Lab prices have fallen steadily, which is good news for buying and irrelevant unless you intend to sell.
Which certificate do you use?
IGI or GIA, stated on each stone. Both grade lab grown diamonds on the same scale as natural ones, and you see the report before setting.
