Natural diamonds
Natural diamond engagement rings
Mined diamonds, GIA graded, chosen one at a time. The ladder starts under a carat, where a natural stone still makes sense for the money.

Some people want the stone that came out of the ground, and the argument for it is not financial; it is that it did. We source each natural diamond against its GIA report at H colour, VS clarity and excellent cut, polish and symmetry, which is the grade where a mined stone is white and clean to the eye. You see the report before it is set.
The ladder starts at half a carat and runs to one, deliberately. Under a carat is where a natural diamond is still priced sanely; above it the price climbs steeply for a difference in diameter of a millimetre or two. If size matters more than origin, the lab grown ladder gives you two carats for less than a mined one.
About natural diamond rings
- How can I tell a natural diamond from a lab grown one?
- You cannot by eye, and neither can a jeweller without laboratory equipment. The GIA report states the origin and the stone carries a laser inscription on its girdle matching the report number.
- What grade are the natural stones?
- H colour, VS1 or VS2 clarity, excellent cut, polish and symmetry, GIA certified. White and clean to the eye without paying for grades that only show under magnification.
- Are your natural diamonds conflict free?
- They are sourced through a trade marketplace whose suppliers warrant Kimberley Process compliance, and the GIA report travels with the stone. We state that plainly rather than making a broader claim we cannot verify.
