Three diamonds, shoulder cut, in detail

A dome profile titanium band with shoulder cut edges and three 2.5mm brilliant cut diamonds, SI clarity and G to H colour, set close together across the top. With the stones grouped at the centre, the ring reads as one bright cluster from the front, and the shoulder cuts give the dome a clean step at each edge.

Titanium is by a distance the lightest metal we make rings in. At about 4.5 g per cubic centimetre it is under a third the reference density of 18ct yellow gold. Our maker says it normally uses Grade 2 for its designs and reserves higher-tensile Grade 5 for tension-set rings, so the exact grade belongs in the specification of the ring rather than a range-wide claim.

Surface hardness Mohs 6, density 4.5 g/cm³, and hypoallergenic, so it is a sound choice for skin that reacts to nickel. It is not a precious metal, so it carries no hallmark.
